How We Handle Your Account and Information

Your account security and data privacy are built into how we operate. Every deposit and withdrawal is encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.2 protocols.

Encryption Standard

All data in transit uses TLS 1.2 encryption. Sensitive fields like payment tokens and withdrawal addresses are encrypted at rest. We audit our security quarterly with an external firm.

Identity Verification

We'll compile a complete file of your personal information, deposits, withdrawals, game activity and communication logs within 14 calendar days and send it to your registered email as an encrypted PDF.
